Logs Collected

The logs collected for RabbitMQ can show when users have been denied access, when log files are being accessed, and more. The image below illustrates an example of logs being sent to Stackdriver and providing the information mentioned above.

Log Collection Setup

Follow these steps to setup log collection for RabbitMQ.


Find the daemon logs file location.

Configure a RabbitMQ Source

  1. Install the BindPlane Log Agent on the host system.
  2. Login to BindPlane and select the Logs tab.

  1. Select the Sources tab.

  1. In the top-right portion of the screen, click on the Add Source Configuration button

  1. Choose RabbitMQ
  2. Fill out the log configuration options for RabbitMQ
